Employee Has Read And Understands. Employee acknowledges that the statements herein are true and correct and that Employee has read and understands all of the terms of this Agreement and has had the opportunity to consult with an attorney with respect to the terms of this Agreement if Employee deems necessary. Employee agrees that Employee is entering into this Agreement as a voluntary act and that Employee has received adequate consideration in exchange.
