Employee is aware and understands that, during the term of Employee's employment with the Corporation or with the financial and other assistance that may be provided by the Corporation, Employee may invent, create, develop and improve certain valuable property such as, but not limited to, patents, trademarks, inventions, other patentable inventions and other trade secrets and formula, where such valuable property is (1) created during Employee's normal work hours;
