Common use of Employee and Supervisor Clause in Contracts

Employee and Supervisor. (a) In relation to any matter that may be in dispute between the parties to this Agreement, the parties will attempt to resolve the matter at the workplace level. (b) This will involve the employee or employees involved in the dispute or grievance first meeting and conferring on the matter with their immediate Supervisor.
