Employed On or After Sample Clauses

The "Employed On or After" clause defines the eligibility or applicability of certain terms based on an employee's start date with the organization. Typically, this clause specifies that only employees who begin their employment on or after a particular date are subject to the provisions outlined, such as new benefits, policies, or contractual obligations. By clearly delineating which employees are covered, the clause ensures clarity and prevents disputes regarding who is entitled to or affected by specific terms, especially during policy updates or organizational changes.
