EMPLOYED. Except where otherwise stated, the term employed herein shall have the same meaning as defined by or used in The Education Act and its Regulations and amendments thereto.

EMPLOYED. 9.1 The use of police officers must be approved by the Director. The Town will provide police officers only when said use is specifically approved by the Director. Payment of police details will be paid directly by the Town to the Police Department. The Contractor shall be required to notify the Reading Police Department of any cancellation in scheduled police details resulting from changes or cancellation of intended work. Such notification shall occur a minimum of one (1) hour before the scheduled time of the detail officer.
