EMPLOYED Sample Clauses

The 'EMPLOYED' clause defines the status and obligations of an individual as an employee under the agreement. It typically outlines the commencement of employment, the position or role, and the basic terms under which the individual is considered employed, such as reporting structure or work location. This clause ensures both parties are clear about the employment relationship, helping to prevent misunderstandings regarding the individual's role and the employer's expectations.
