Emoluments. GSRP Associate Teachers working the full-time schedule will be eligible for single medical benefits with the option to purchase additional coverage. The District’s and employee’s contribution to the medical benefit plan level, as well as available medical plan options, will be in accordance with the LPA Master Agreement, Article XII-Sections C and D. GSRP Associate teachers may elect to have vision and/or dental coverage under the condition that they are not covered by any other vision or dental plan. GSRP Associate Teachers not electing medical benefit coverage may elect a cash-in-lieu option in accordance with the LPA Master Agreement, Article XII – Section B. With the cash-in-lieu option, vision and dental coverage may be elected if the employee is not covered under any other dental or vision plan.
Emoluments. All wages, salaries, bonus and commission payments, contributions to pension schemes, entitlement to holiday pay and any other emoluments (whether monetary or otherwise), tax and national insurance contributions relating to the Transferring Employees shall be paid or borne by the Supplier (or Sub-Contractor) in relation to the period after the Transfer Date but before the Subsequent Transfer Date (and the Supplier shall procure such payment by any Sub-Contractor) and by UKRI or relevant Future Service Provider thereafter (and UKRI shall procure such payment by any Future Service Provider), and all necessary apportionments shall be made.
Emoluments. 1 Employees who are staying in lodgings provided by the employer shall owe the employer a sum corresponding with 8% of their salary up to a maximum of EUR 140 per month. 2 Employees whose salary is equal to or lower than the statutory minimum wage for employees aged 23 or older shall owe the employer the amount of EUR 94 per month for accommodation. 3 The amount owed for lodgings shall be deducted each month on payment of the salary.
Emoluments. The Company shall make no reduction or downward adjustment in Executive current emoluments of employment (including vacation time, automobile and office location/furnishings) without his written consent.

Emoluments. 5.1 The Employee’s salary will be one lakh and fifty thousand Rupees for the Term, payable in six equal monthly installments, each installment to be paid on the 5th day of each month. The details of the Employee’s salary is set out in Schedule I.
5.2 All the payments to be made to the Employee by the Company will be subject to legal and statutory deductions including on account of tax and any additional legal or statutory deduction that may be introduced during the term of this Agreement. Further, the Employee will also be entitled to receive gratuity computed in terms of Payment of Gratuity Act 1972 upon termination of his employment with the Company.
5.3 The Employee will be responsible for bearing income tax on all the salary and benefits arising out of his employment with the Company and for the filing of his personal income tax return with the concerned tax authorities.
5.4 During the Employee’s employment Term, the Company will reimburse the Employee for all out-of-pocket costs associated with travel, meals, entertainment and lodging reasonably incurred during the discharge of his employment duties in accordance with the Company’s policies. The Employee will furnish the Company with receipts for such expenses in accordance with the Company’s policies.
5.5 The Employee will not be entitled to any payment, right or benefit which is not expressly mentioned in this Agreement.
5.6 The Company will be entitled to set-off any amount owed to the Company by the Employee from his salary in accordance with the applicable laws.
5.7 During the Employee’s employment Term, the Employee will keep all information relating to his emoluments confidential from other employees of the Company.
Emoluments. The emoluments of an officer include his/her salary and such allowances as may be prescribed.

Communications allowance is intended to cover any costs of communications, including telephone call charges, email costs, Internet access charges and fax charges from off-office locations, whether within Raipur or elsewhere, as well as charges on establishing and maintaining a mobile phone connection by THE SECOND PARTY. THE SECOND PARTY shall be entitled to receive the aforesaid allowances even during periods of paid leave of absence. Payments shall be subject to deductions as per law for the time being in force. Any financial liability to THE FIRST PARTY arising because of THE SECOND PARTY shall be adjustable from the aforesaid emoluments. Payment of emoluments referred herein shall be subject to the satisfaction of THE FIRST PARTY as to due performance by THE SECOND PARTY of functions, responsibilities and obligations hereunder. THE SECOND PARTY has to deposit minimum 10% of this amount towards social security of her or his family by contributing to the pension scheme of the National Pension System (NPS) or the Life Insurance Pension Scheme or Private Provident Fund (PPF) or details of which have to be submitted to THE FIRST PARTY’.
