Common use of EMIR Portfolio Reconciliation and Dispute Resolution Clause in Contracts

Subject to the below, the parties hereby agree that the provisions set out in Part I and III of the Attachment to the ISDA 2013 EMIR Portfolio Reconciliation, Dispute Resolution and Disclosure Protocol as published by ISDA on 19 July 2013 shall be incorporated by reference to this Confirmation, mutatis mutandis, as though such provisions and definitions were set out in full herein, with any such conforming changes as are necessary to deal with what would otherwise be inappropriate or incorrect cross-references:
