Emerging Issues. The negotiating committees of the Board and the Prairie Valley Teachers’ Association shall meet at least twice per year, in the fall prior to October 31st and in the spring prior to April 30th, and also upon the request of either party to discuss any emerging issues. Both parties commit to timely follow up and communication regarding issues discussed. The parties agree these meetings shall not occur once active bargaining has commenced.
