Emergency Network Maintenance Sample Clauses

The Emergency Network Maintenance clause allows a service provider to perform urgent repairs or updates to its network infrastructure without prior notice to customers. In practice, this clause typically applies when unforeseen technical issues or security threats arise that could compromise network stability or security, requiring immediate intervention. Its core function is to ensure the continued reliability and safety of the network, even if it means temporarily disrupting service, thereby protecting both the provider and its users from greater harm or prolonged outages.
