CONTRACTOR must establish a documented plan 12 to enable continuation of critical business processes and protection of the security of PHI COUNTY 13 discloses to CONTRACTOR or CONTRACTOR creates, receives, maintains, or transmits on behalf of COUNTY kept in an electronic format in the event of an emergency. Emergency means any circumstance 14 or situation that causes normal computer operations to become unavailable for use in performing the work 15 required under this Agreement for more than 24 hours.
