Common use of Emergency Exit Clause in Contracts

Emergency Exit. 36.12.1 The Employer agrees to provide safe means of access to and egress from any place of work. The Employer also agrees to provide means of exit in case of fire for all persons employed on the premises being used as a place of employment. 36.12.2 For this reason, the Employer agrees to implement the needed measures to provide emergency exits for the National Printing Corporation’s building at least three (3) months after the signing of the Collective Agreement.
