EMD Tracking Clause Samples

EMD Tracking. (a) When a single EMD Musician is engaged for EMD tracking (i.e. other than a real-time engagement), such Musician is entitled to receive the EMD Tracking (A7) Rate per hour. (b) These rates shall be deemed to be inclusive of any and all Step-Ups and such Musician shall not be entitled to Doubling payments unless the Musician is also engaged to play a conventional musical instrument(s) during the same session, in which case Doubling fees will be subject to the terms and conditions prescribed elsewhere in this Agreement and shall be calculated based on the Basic Three Hour (A1 or A2, as applicable) Rate. (c) There will be a maximum of five (5) minutes of recorded product per hour, within a minimum three (3) hour session.
