Embedding Model Structures. This work explores three popular word embedding algorithms with various dimensions: ELMo [36], Flair [1] and ▇▇▇▇ [6]. ELMo model is learned functions of a deep word-level bidirectional LSTM language model with character level convolution networks along with a linear projection output layer [36], as displayed in the lower half of figure 3.1 before the embedding is put into the sequence tagging model. FLAIR model is character-level bidirectional LSTM language model on sequences of characters [1]. The hidden
