Elimination of Royalty Following Entry of Generic Product. In the event that a particular Licensed Product is sold in a country and a Generic Product is sold in such country, then at the end of the first [***] day period (the “Generic Entry Period”) during which one or more Third Parties sell a number of units of a relevant Generic Product in the Territory that comprises [***] percent ([***]%) or more of the aggregate number of units of such Licensed Product sold in such country during such Generic Entry Period (based upon mutually acceptable Third Party objective data sources), the otherwise applicable royalty rate set forth in Section 6.6 will not apply, and no royalties shall be due or payable to ChemoCentryx for any sales of such Licensed Product in such country after the conclusion of such Generic Entry Period
