Eligible User. Per rule 60A-1.005, Florida Administrative Code (F.A.C.), the following entities are eligible users:
Eligible User. For purposes of this Contract, state agencies, as defined in section 287.012(1), Florida Statutes, and other governmental and non-governmental entities, as described in rule 60A-1.005, Florida Administrative Code.  Monthly Rental – Rental that is 28 days in length.  Personal Associate – A duly licensed driver traveling in the rental vehicle with the Renter who has one of the following relationships to the Renter: spouse, life partner, and children above the age of 25 living at Renter’s home.  Leisure Use or Leisure Rental – Use of rental vehicles by Renters for personal travel not authorized by Eligible Users.  Renter – An Eligible User’s authorized representative or employee who is authorized to rent vehicles for travel.  State – The State of Florida.  Weekly Rental – Rental that is seven days in length. 2 Renewal Term If Contractor performs satisfactorily, as determined exclusively by the Department, the Department may elect to offer Contractor the opportunity to renew the Contract in whole or in part, for one or more renewal terms. The total duration of such terms will not exceed five years. Any renewals must be in writing and signed by both parties. Renewal pricing shall be based on Contractor’s pricing in the fifth year of the Contract plus no more than three percent and shall be determined in accordance with the provisions of section 27, Rate Adjustments, of the Statement of Work, Exhibit 6.
