Eligible Tenderers. 2.1.1. This Invitation to tender is restricted to tenderer eligible as described in the instructions to tenderers. Successful tenderer shall provide the servicing and maintenance as specified in this tender as and when requested for One (1) year renewable upon satisfactory performance. 2.1.2. Tenderers involved in corrupt or fraudulent practices or debarred from participating in public procurement shall not be eligible.
