Eligible Systems - Automatic Eligibility. Systems support is available only for systems which are covered by a valid software license and are in good working condition. Systems placed under an Accepted Order for systems support prior to the expiration of: (a) Sun’s warranty; or (b) An existing Sun support agreement, automatically will be deemed to be in good working condition.
