Eligible Project Types. These funds may be used for any local transportation need based on local priorities identified in the recipient agency’s annually updated 5-Year Program of Projects. Neighborhood Projects to be funded with Measure D revenues may include the items below under Eligible Uses (5) which are determined as necessary for the benefit of residents in those jurisdictions and approved through a public process by the jurisdiction.

  • Method of Selecting Types and Interest Periods for New Advances The Borrower shall select the Type of Advance and, in the case of each Eurodollar Advance, the Interest Period applicable thereto from time to time. The Borrower shall give the Administrative Agent irrevocable notice (a "Borrowing Notice") not later than 11:00 a.m. (Chicago time) on the Borrowing Date of each Floating Rate Advance and not later than 11:00 a.m. (Chicago time) three Business Days before the Borrowing Date for each Eurodollar Advance, specifying: (i) the Borrowing Date, which shall be a Business Day, of such Advance, (ii) the aggregate amount of such Advance, (iii) the Type of Advance selected, and (iv) in the case of each Eurodollar Advance, the Interest Period applicable thereto.   • Additional Acceptable Uses of Student Data Contractor is prohibited from using Student Data for any secondary use not described in this agreement except: a. for adaptive learning or customized student learning purposes; b. to market an educational application or product to a parent or legal guardian of a student if Contractor did not use Data, shared by or collected per this Contract, to market the educational application or product; c. to use a recommendation engine to recommend to a student i. content that relates to learning or employment, within the third-party contractor's internal application, if the recommendation is not motivated by payment or other consideration from another party; or
