Common use of Eligible Lease; Lessee Notice Clause in Contracts

Eligible Lease; Lessee Notice. Deliver to the Agent promptly upon execution, any Lease entered into by any Borrower, together with a Lessee Notice in connection with such Lease, the opinion referred to in Section 5.2(e)(iii) and the evidence referred to in Section 5.2(e)(x); and
