Common use of ELIGIBLE GRANTEE Clause in Contracts

ELIGIBLE GRANTEE. Grantee must remain an eligible governmental entity in the State of Texas during the entire term of this Grant Agreement. The eligibility criteria are set forth in Subchapter Chapter 482, Texas Government Code and 10 T.A.C. § 321.6.
