Eligible Cloud Service. In deviation of Section 5.1 of this Schedule, SAP agrees to provide EU Access for the Cloud Service if and to the extent agreed on the Order Form. Customer understands that EU Access is provided only for EU Access eligible services, as determined by SAP from time to time, that are hosted by SAP in the EU.
