Eligibility for Leave with Pay. All regular employees appointed to at least fifty percent (50%) of full-time basis are eligible to earn leave with pay at a rate proportionate to the individual’s work schedule as defined in this Article. Leave is accrued each pay period and is used in terms of hours and minutes.
