Common use of Elevators Clause in Contracts

Elevators. Landlord shall provide passenger elevator service during normal business hours to Tenant in common with Landlord and all other tenants. Landlord shall provide limited passenger service at other times, except in case of an emergency.

Landlord shall install and maintain an electronic access control system in all elevators for the use of Tenant and the other tenants of the Building, to the extent such other tenants are located above the 1st floor of the Building.
