Common use of Elevate Service Clause in Contracts

Elevate Service. Customer will maintain a social media policy and ensure that its personnel comply with the policy. Only Customer's designated curator(s) is/are authorized to post content to the Elevate Service. Customer Users who are not curators may only read and forward content. Customer will ensure that it owns or has the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to the content it posts to the Elevate Service.
