State Agencies and institutions of higher education are directed to purchase applicable electronics (e.g., servers, computers and displays, imaging equipment, mobile phones, and televisions) with an EPEAT Registry listing at the Bronze level or higher, or products that meet another environmental standard that reduces the use of hazardous substances.
