Electronically Created Items. In addition to other indemnification and liability provisions elsewhere in this Agreement, to the fullest extent allowed by law, you will be liable for, hold harmless, and indemnify us and our directors, employees, and agents from and against all claims of any sort by third parties resulting from the fact that the image or information in connection with the Electronically Created Item was not derived from a paper check.
