Electronic Signing. (a) A party may (if required) sign this Agreement, and bind themselves accordingly, by electronically incorporating their signature: (i) using a digital transaction management platform (such as DocuSign); (ii) using a stylus or finger to sign a pdf on a laptop, tablet or other electronic device; or (iii) pasting an image of their signature into the Agreement. (b) The parties agree that it is their mutual intention to print this Agreement after all parties signing electronically have done so and that print-out will constitute an original counterpart of this Agreement.
