Electronic Signing. The parties acknowledge and agree that they may execute this Agreement and any variation or amendment to the same, by electronic instrument. The parties agree that the electronic signatures appearing on the document shall have the same effect as handwritten signatures and the use of an electronic signature on this Agreement shall have the same validity and legal effect as the use of a signature affixed by hand and is made with the intention of authenticating this Agreement, and evidencing the parties’ intention to be bound by the terms and conditions contained herein. For the purposes of using an electronic signature, the parties authorise each other to the lawful processing of personal data of the signers for contract performance and their legitimate interests including contract management.
Electronic Signing. It is agreed by the parties that either party or both may, by email, provide the other party with a copy of this contract, in PDF form or otherwise, showing the signatures of, or on behalf of the sending party, with such signatures being as binding as original signatures, regardless of whether the other party signs in the same fashion, or by using original ink signatures. For the purposes of this section, “signatures” may be original written signatures, photocopies of signatures, or signatures added to a contract or through the addition by a signing party of a typed or electronically added signature.
Electronic Signing. If this contract is signed by any person using an Electronic Signature, the Buyer and the Seller: (a) agree to enter into this contract in electronic form; and (b) consent to either or both parties signing the contract using an Electronic Signature.
Electronic Signing. (a) Each party consents to this document and any variations of this document being signed by electronic signature by the methods set out in this clause. (b) Subject to law, this clause applies regardless of the type of legal entity of the parties. If this document or any subsequent variations are signed on behalf of a legal entity, the persons signing warrant that they have the authority to sign. (c) For the purposes of this clause, the parties agree that the following methods validly identify the person signing and indicate that person’s intention to sign this document and any variation of it: (i) insertion of the person’s name on to the document; or (ii) use of a stylus or touch finger on a touch screen to sign the document, provided that in each of the above cases - words to the effect of ‘Electronic signature of me, [NAME], affixed by me on [DATE]’ are also included on the document; (iii) use of a reliable electronic signature and exchange platform (such as DocuSign or AdobeSign) to sign the document; or (iv) as otherwise agreed in writing (including via email) between the parties. (d) The parties agree that the above methods are reliable as appropriate for the purpose of signing this document and that electronic signing of this document by or on behalf of a party indicates that party’s intention to be bound. (e) A signed copy of this document transmitted by email or other means of electronic transmission shall be deemed to have the same legal effect as delivery of an original executed copy of this document for all purposes.
Electronic Signing. Any Party may: (a) Party's electronic signature: sign this agreement by way of application of that Party's electronic signature; and (b) witness' electronic signature: have their signature witnessed by way of the application of the witness' electronic signature, in each case in accordance with Part 4 of the Contract and Commercial Law Act 2017.
