Electronic Security. Landlord warrants that the Building contains an electronic security system of which the Tenant will be granted access and that the Building will maintain this or an equivalent or better security system throughout the term of the lease and any renewal periods.

Electronic Security. Landlord warrants that the Building contains an electronic security system of which the Tenant will be granted access access, and further warrant that the Building will maintain this or an equivalent or better security system throughout the term of the lease Lease and any renewal periods. Any additional security or security systems, or any operational modifications to the existing security system, desired by Tenant shall be considered an "Alteration" under paragraph 16 herein.
