Electronic Purchase Orders. 1. Buyer may order Material, Spares, Repairs, and Expendables by issuing Electronic Purchase Orders, which include, without limitation, EDI Purchase Orders. Each Electronic Purchase Order will specify items such as: item description, quantity, delivery schedule, destination, and total price of the Electronic Purchase Order. Each Electronic Purchase Order issued under this Agreement shall be made part of, and be incorporated into, this Agreement.
