Common use of Electronic Payment Services Clause in Contracts

Electronic Payment Services. Should Customer choose to use the following Financial Services in this Exhibit, CSG will provide to Customer for the Fees provided in Schedule F Customer’s requirements for the data processing services for the Connected Subscribers, including reasonable backup security for Customer’s data, to support electronic ▇▇▇▇ paying services as set forth in Section 2 below (the “Basic Services”) for all of the Subscribers that elect to utilize Customer’s electronic ▇▇▇▇ payment services.
