Electronic Mail Capabilities. The Architect-Engineer must have electronic mail capabilities through the World Wide Web. It is the Owner’s intention to use electronic communication whenever possible for all projects. The Architect-Engineer will provide its electronic mail address and a name of a point of contact for electronic communications.

Electronic Mail Capabilities. The Architect-Engineer must have electronic mail capabilities through the World Wide Web. It is the Owner’s intention of the Department of Management Services to use electronic communication whenever possible for all projects. When possible, plans and specifications for review purposes will also be transmitted electronically to the Department of Management Services. The Architect-Engineer will shall provide its electronic mail address and a name of a point of contact for electronic communications.
