Common use of Electronic Links Clause in Contracts

If Licensor does not use the OpenURL standard, Licensor staff will provide information to Licensee upon request to assist the Licensee in creating links directly from Licensee’s library catalogs and licensed resources to the content at the journal, issue and article levels.
