Common use of Electronic Delivery of Communications Clause in Contracts

Electronic Delivery of Communications. The Subscriber hereby acknowledges and agrees that the Company and/or the Adviser may deliver and make reports, statements and other communications, including, without limitation, the Offering Documents, this Subscription Agreement, Form 1099s and other tax related information and documentation (“Account Communications”), available to the Subscriber in electronic form, such as e-mail or by posting on a web site. It is the Subscriber’s affirmative obligation to notify the Company in writing if the Subscriber’s e-mail address(es) listed in Section 5 of Schedule 1 change(s). The Subscriber may revoke or restrict its consent to electronic delivery of Account Communications at any time by notifying the Company, in writing, of the Subscriber’s intention to do so, and will thereafter receive such Account Communications in paper form.
