Electronic Data File. In conducting the audit, Company may require that Supplier provide electronic data files containing all required information for all Company invoice activity for the entire audit period. The data files shall be in a file format compatible with industry accepted financial software applications (MS — Excel, Access), and contain data elements of all items invoiced by the Supplier. A listing of the minimum data field requirements is included in the attached Exhibit “A” titled Auditing Procedures, Section 1.
