Electronic Customer Support. This support is done by electronically connecting the JSI computer to Customer’s units via communication line and it allows JSI to troubleshoot and/or distribute Software fixes electronically. In order to utilize this Electronic Customer Support, Customer is required to have, at Customer’s expense, communications support (hardware, system software, and a internet connection) that is compatible with JSI. Customer must authorize JSI to establish this service, and the parties must establish jointly the security ground rules that will be followed. For example, JSI will require Customer’s approval to view and/or change Customer’s data files while performing on-line troubleshooting or corrections.

Electronic Customer Support. Electronic Customer Support is provided by JANO by electronically connecting the JANO computer to the County’s computer via communication line, allowing JANO to remotely troubleshoot problems and distribute Software fixes to the County electronically. In order to utilize this Electronic Customer Support, the County is required to have, at the County’s expense, communications support (hardware, system software, and a working, reliable connection to the internet) that is compatible with JANO, the specifications of which shall be promptly provided to the County in writing upon request. The County must authorize XXXX to establish this service and, once authorized, XXXX shall promptly establish such service. The parties shall jointly establish the reasonable security ground rules that will be followed. For example, JANO shall be required to obtain the County’s written approval to view or change the County’s or its Affiliates’ data files while performing on-line troubleshooting or corrections. The County may be subject to pay any other telephone toll charges reasonably incurred by XXXX in providing electronic customer support. Such charges will be itemized and billed to the County monthly, as provided for in this Agreement.

  • Customer Support If Customer is entitled to receive Customer Support as part of a separately purchased Service Plan, Sage warrants that while Customer’s Service Plan is in effect and if it has paid all required Service Plan fees, Sage will use qualified personnel to provide Customer Support in a professional manner consistent with industry standards. Customer’s sole remedy under this section 5.2 is limited to Sage’s re-performance of the Customer Support services giving rise to Customer’s claim.

  • ELECTRONIC CONTRACTING The parties agree that if this Contract is transmitted electronically neither party shall contest the validity of this Contract, or any acknowledgement thereof, on the basis that this Contract or acknowledgement contains an electronic signature.

TRAVEL, MEALS AND LODGING - LOT 4 – IMPLEMENTATION ONLY For Lot 4 only, when provided for in the RFQ and resultant Authorized User Agreement, the Authorized Users may reimburse travel expenses. Therefore, the Contractor will be responsible for ensuring that the Contractor has access to an appropriate vehicle (e.g., personal vehicle or rental vehicle) or common carrier with which to carry out any necessary travel. For the Contractor to obtain reimbursement for the use of a rental vehicle, such use must be justified as the most cost- effective mode of transportation under the circumstances (including consideration of the most effective use of time). The Contractor is responsible for keeping adequate records to substantiate any claims for travel reimbursement. All services provided under the resultant Authorized User Agreement must be performed within CONUS. PERFORMANCE AND BID BONDS There are no BONDS for this Contract. However, an Authorized User may require in an RFQ a performance, payment or Bid bond, or negotiable irrevocable letter of credit or other form of security for the faithful performance for the resultant Authorized User Agreement.
