Electronic connectivity. United will do business with Medical Group electronically by providing eligibility status, claims status, and accepting requests for claim adjustments, for those products supported online. United will communicate enhancements in online functionality as they become available, as described in Section 5.12, and will make information available as to which products are supported online.
