Electronic connectivity. When made available by United, Medical Group will do business with United electronically. Medical Group will use xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx to check eligibility status, claims status, and submit requests for claims adjustments for Customers enrolled in products supported by xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx. Medical Group agrees to use xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx for additional functionalities (for instance, notification of admission) after United informs Medical Group that such functionalities have become available for the applicable Customer.
Electronic connectivity. United will do business with Organization and Participating Providers electronically using xxx.XXXxxxxxxxx.xxx, or other electronic resources as made available by United.

United will communicate with Facility electronically by providing eligibility status, claims status, and accepting requests for claim adjustments, for those products supported by xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx. United will communicate enhancements in xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx functionality as they become available, as described in Section 4.13, and will make information available as to which products are supported by xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx.

Electronic connectivity. The Provider Website shall operate at times and with a degree of reliability comparable to that for Company’s other websites.
Electronic connectivity. When made available by United, Provider will make reasonable commercial efforts to do business with United electronically. This includes, but is not limited to, checking eligibility status, claims status, and submitting requests for claims adjustments, referrals, prior authorizations, and claims submission, as well as for additional functionalities after United informs Provider that such functionalities have become available. Providers who do not do business with United electronically may be moved to the end of referral and provider directory search lists.
Electronic connectivity. Academy shall ensure to a reasonable certainty that its Program personnel access the CNAMS Website regularly in order to remain current with the Program’s best operating practices.
Electronic connectivity. The Provider Website shall operate at times and with a degree of reliability comparable to that for Company’s other websites. If for any 30-day period during the Effective Period, the Provider Website is inoperable or lacks reliability comparable to that for Company’s other websites, Company shall take commercially reasonable measures to enhance the operability and reliability of the Provider Website. The Certification to be filed annually and at the end of the Effective Period must include the dates during the Effective Period on which the Provider Website has been substantially inoperable.
