Common use of Electronic Acceptance Clause in Contracts

Electronic Acceptance. By accepting this Award electronically, (i) you acknowledge and agree that you are bound by the terms of this Agreement and the Plan and that you and this Award are subject to all of the rights, power and discretion of the Company, its Subsidiaries and the Board set forth in this Agreement and the Plan; (ii) this Award is deemed accepted by the Company and the Company shall be deemed to be bound by the terms of this Agreement; and (iii) you agree that this electronic acceptance by both you and the Company shall be deemed equivalent to the Award having been signed by both parties.
