Common use of Electrical Wiring Clause in Contracts

Electrical Wiring. The occupancy of the Premises by Lessee shall constitute acceptance of the electrical wiring as it is with no further obligation upon the Lessor to repair or improve said wiring, and specifically the Lessee's occupancy constitutes acceptance of the electrical wiring as suitable for its use and purposes in the Premises and the Lessor shall have no obligation whatsoever because of said wiring. It is further understood that the signature of the Lessee hereto constitutes a waiver of any liability on the part of the Lessor in case of a fire or other calamity caused by said electrical wiring after occupancy.
