Electrical Switches. Landlord will supply and install a single pole wall switch in the amount of one for each 250 square feet or as required by code. These switches will be installed in the building standard partitions at the building standard mounting height.

Pumping Service Range: Bidder shall provide service within one hundred fifty (150) feet of the pumping location, beyond 150 feet Bidder may charge by the linear foot for extra hoses to reach the job location. Repair or Replacement Work: Any repair and replacement work of Customer’s equipment/tanks/lines shall not be considered a part of this Contract.
