Common use of Electrical Service Clause in Contracts

Electrical Service. Landlord shall provide electric power for up to 1.8 xxxxx per square foot of usable area for lighting plus 0.5 xxxxx per square foot of usable area for office machines through standard receptacles for the typical office space. Landlord will furnish and install at Tenant's expense all replacement lighting tubes, lamps, and ballasts required by Tenant. Landlord will clean lighting fixtures on a regularly scheduled basis at Tenant's expense.

Landlord will clean lighting fixtures on a regularly scheduled basis at Tenant's expense.
