Electrical Products. Goods must comply with applicable laws, ordinances and other legal requirements, including (among others) the Cal-OSHA regulations in Title 8 of the Code of Regulations and, for electrical products, Sections 110.2 and 110.3 (B) of the S.F. Electrical Code.
Electrical Products. The payments under this Agreement constitute full and complete compensation for all energy provided to Alabama Power, as well as for Electrical Products that are inherently embedded in or connected with such energy. Alabama Power shall not be required to accept or pay for any Electrical Products, if any, produced by or related to the Facility, and QF shall not seek separate or additional compensation from Alabama Power for any such Electrical Products under this Agreement or any other agreement, tariff or rate schedule or filing with any Governmental Authority.
Electrical Products. A complete and comprehensive offering of electrical supplies such as conduit, wire, electrical boxes, electrical fittings, electrical fasteners and hardware, surge and power protection, enclosures, fuses, power distribution equipment, control devices and all other related electrical materials offered by Proposer.
Electrical Products. Electrical products delivered to ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ GmbH shall comply with ElektroG, in particular ElektroStoffV and the VDE guidelines, ProdSG. If required, the categorisation marking according to BGI/GUV-I 600 shall be requested from ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ GmbH beforehand.
Electrical Products. In addition, if an electrical item has not been tested by a lab approved by City’s Department of Building Inspection (DBI) or Department of Public Works (DPW), Contractor shall notify the requesting department before delivery by writing the department at the “Deliver to” address on the front of the Purchase Order. Approved testing labs are posted on Purchasing’s website at ▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/oca/. When a non-tested item is delivered, the department will request approval from DPW. If the department is unable to obtain approval, City reserves the right to cancel the transaction and return the item to Contractor, at no charge to City.
