Electrical Interconnection. Engineer, design, construct and commission Contractor’s Interconnection Facilities in accordance with the specifications and requirements of [***] as transmission provider. Additionally, Contractor shall (i) prior to the Substantial Completion Date, provide Owner with all required drawings, information, documents, specifications and progress reports as required by Owner and (ii) prior to the Substantial Completion Date, perform any testing and subsequent modifications as required by Owner.
