Electrical Installation. No Owner (save and except the First Owner) shall perform installation, repair or alteration works to the electrical wiring from the switch rooms forming part of the Common Areas and Facilities to any part or parts of the Land and the Building save with the prior written consent of the Manager. Any such work in respect of which the Manager shall have given its prior written consent shall be carried out by a contractor approved by the Manager at the expense of the Owner concerned and in such manner as the Manager shall think fit.
