Electrical Allowance Clause Samples
Electrical Allowance. An Employee engaged to perform electrical services work or who is required by the Company to hold an Electrical license (or equivalent) will receive an all-purpose allowance of $1.30 per hour. This additional rate will be regarded as part of the Ordinary Time Rate for all purposes. For the purposes of this sub-clause, 'electrical services work' shall mean a circumstance where the Electrical, Electronic and Communications Contracting Award 2020 would have applied but for this Agreement.
Electrical Allowance. 7.3.1 In recognition of the new government regulations regarding the compliance Certification system and the extra work, responsibility and accountability imposed upon licensed Electrical Trades Persons, the following will apply
7.3.1.1 All licensed Electricians as defined by the Office of the Chief Electrical Inspector will be paid an all-purpose allowance of $28.26 per week. This Allowance will cover any other licenses or allowances for the life of the Agreement
7.3.1.2 All time required by licensed Electricians to fully comply with the Electrical Safety (installation) Regulations 1999 will be provided and paid by the employer.
7.3.1.3 All costs incurred in complying with the regulations will be borne by the Employer
7.3.1.4 Subject to authorisation by the Electrical Engineering Manager paid Training leave of 40 hours per annum will be provided to licensed Electricians for refresher training in regard to the requirements of the Electrical Regulations and standards. All required text books, regulations, standards etc. will be reimbursed by the employer.
7.3.1.5 The development and implementation of an electrical safety management scheme will be via agreement between the Company, the Electrical Employees and the office of the Chief Electrical Inspector.
7.3.1.6 Licensed Electricians who carry out the duties and functions of a Responsible Person as defined by the regulations will be paid an all-purpose allowance of $33.91 per week. This allowance will cover any other duties deemed by the Office of the Chief Electrical Inspector to be that of a Responsible Person for the life of the Agreement.
Electrical Allowance. (a) An Electrical Allowance is payable to an employee who is engaged as an Electrician or an Electronic Technician and who holds at least 3 of the following qualifications:
(i) An Electrical license (Australian qualification);
(ii) An Instrumentation qualification in Australia;
(iii) A High Voltage Switching ticket; or
(iv) A Hazardous Area qualification.
(b) The Electrical Allowance is $60.00 for each on-duty day.
(c) The Electrical Allowance will form part of their actual salary.
Electrical Allowance. Landlord shall contribute an allowance up to the amount of One Hundred Twenty-Five Thousand and No/100 Dollars ($125,000.00) (the "Electrical Allowance"), to be used solely for Tenant specified electrical distribution, excluding overhead lighting panels, main transformer, switch gear and building feed. In the event Tenant's electrical costs exceed the Electrical Allowance, the excess shall be paid by Tenant to Landlord fifty percent (50%) before the commencement of the change order work and fifty percent (50%) within ten (10) days of receipt of an invoice for same.
Electrical Allowance. (a) All electrical Employees will receive a flat allowance of $3.80 per day.
(b) This allowance will be paid as a flat allowance on all ordinary hours worked. For the avoidance of doubt, this allowance will not be paid during periods of leave or on public holidays.
(c) Employees working on an RDO roster will be paid $3.80 on each day of their roster cycle including their RDO.
Electrical Allowance. The average electrical connected load of the Premises shall be no more than five ▇▇▇▇▇ per square foot of the Premises, allocated as follows: (i) no more than three (3) ▇▇▇▇▇ per square foot of high voltage electricity, and (ii) no more than two (2) ▇▇▇▇▇ per square foot of low voltage electricity, with a maximum of one (1) circuit per 400 square feet relating to standard tenant loads. For the purposes hereof, the consumption of electricity by any equipment requiring dedicated circuits (e.g., copiers, computer circuits, --- water heaters) does not constitute standard tenant loads. If the Premises consist of more than one floor, then the foregoing defined limits apply to each floor of the Premises. If electrical loads of the Premises exceed the foregoing defined limits, either in terms of ▇▇▇▇▇ per square foot or circuits per square foot, then Tenant shall bear all costs associated with installation of additional electrical panels required to support such loads and such installation shall not be a part of Base Building Work.
