Common use of Elective Termination Clause in Contracts

Elective Termination. Either party may terminate this Appendix by giving the other party at least six months prior written notice as provided in this section. The notice of termination shall state the effective date of termination, which date shall be no earlier than the last to occur of the following dates: the last day of the current term of this Appendix or six months after the date the notice is given.
