Common use of Elected Members Clause in Contracts

Elected Members. (a) Community Committee: responsibility delegated from Executive Board to develop and agree the SLA each year and to monitor the delivery of the service against the agreed specifications and outcomes. To negotiate changes to the SLA to address unforeseen issues/events and address service failure/inefficiencies.
