EFS Website. EFS may provide Customer with access to websites operated by EFS in connection with the Services (“EFS Websites”). Customer and any officers, employees and agents authorized by Customer to use the EFS Websites will comply with all policies and any Terms of Use or similar documents posted on the EFS Websites, as the same may be modified from time to time, and such other policies and Terms of Use or similar documents are hereby incorporated by reference herein.
EFS Website. 13.1 Site Users. EFS will provide Customer will access to the website operated by EFS in connection with the Services (“EFS Website”). Customer may grant access to the EFS Website only to those employees who are designated and authorized by Customer to use the EFS Website under the terms of this Agreement (“Site Users”).
