Electronic Accounts Payable. Except for any interchange retained by EFS and/or its authorized reseller or third party referral source, as applicable, and any fees quoted on a one-time basis, no additional fees apply when payments are carried out by virtual card (other than any fees otherwise set forth in the MSA or the Terms).
